Low-lying dipole strength of the open-shell nucleus 94Mo

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 94Mo(γ, γ'), (polarized γ, γ'), E=5.47, 6.05, 6.44, 6.61, 6.89, 7.65, 8.70 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(θ), γ-polarization asymmetry using DHIPS setup at S-DALINAC, and HiγS at TUNL and DFELL facilities. 94Mo; deduced levels, J, π, Γ20/Γ, branching ratios, B(E1), B(M1), E1 strength distributions, feeding of first 2+ level, elastic σ. Comparison with QPM calculations, and statistical model using DICEBOX computer code.
