NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴⁷Sm(⁵¹V, 3n), E=224 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (recoil)γ-coin, Eα, (recoil)α-correlations, (recoil)α(t) using RITU gas-filled separator, GREAT spectrometer and JUROGAM array at JYFL facility. Recoil-decay tagging method. ¹⁹⁵At; deduced levels, J, π, bands, E3 branching ratio for 7/2- isomer to 1/2+ ground state transition, moment of inertia plots, configurations. ¹⁹⁶At; deduced isomer energy and half-life from (recoil)γ(t). ^194,195Po, ¹⁹⁷At; observed γ rays. Systematics of kinematic moment of inertia plots for bands in ¹⁸⁸Hg, ^191,193Bi, ^195,197At.

RADIOACTIVITY ^{194,194m,195,195m,196}At(α)[from ¹⁴⁷Sm(⁵¹V, xn), E=224 MeV]; ^{190,190m,191,191m,192}Bi(α)[from α decay of corresponding At isotopes]; measured Eα, Iα, half-lives of ground states and isomers, αγ-coin, αα-correlations; deduced hindrance factors, configurations. ¹⁹¹Bi; deduced levels, J, π. ^194,195,196Po, ¹⁹⁷At; observed α lines from their decays. Systematics of energies of low-lying states in N(even)=100-126 Tl, Pb, Bi, and At isotopes.^{194,196,198,200,202}At; estimated level energies of the lowest members of proton-neutron multiplets; systematics of α energies.
