NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²³¹Pa(polarized d, t), E=22 MeV; measured E(t), I(t), σ(θ) using the Munich Q3D magnetic spectrometer. ²³⁰Pa; deduced levels, J, π, rotational bands, Nilsson configurations, fingerprint method, Gallagher-Moszkowski splittings and Newby shifts. DWBA analysis of σ(θ) data.
