High-spin states in ¹²⁷I

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²⁴Sn(⁷Li, 4n), E=32 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, angular distribution ratios. ¹²⁷I; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, multipolarity, bands, 3-qp bands, β₂, β₄ and γ parameters, configurations. Systematics of single-particle bands in ^123,125,127I. Potential energy surface (PES) calculations.
