NUCLEAR REACTIONS 238U(12C, F), E=90 MeV; 208Pb(18O, X), E=85 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(θ), γγ-coin, γγ-coin with complementary fragments of 101,102,103,104Mo and 103,104,105Tc using the Euroball array. 136Xe, 137Cs, 138Ba, 139La, 140Ce; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, band-like structures, configurations, multipolarity. 139La; measured isomer half-life by (fragment)(fragment)γ(t) using SAPhIR system; deduced B(E2). Comparison with shell-model calculations.
