In-beam γ-ray spectroscopy of the N=85 isotones ¹⁵⁹W and ¹⁶⁰Re

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁰⁶Cd(⁵⁸Ni, X), E=310 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, αγ-coin, recoil-decay tagging technique. ¹⁵⁹W, ¹⁶⁰Re; deduced levels, J, π, configuration. JUROGAM array and GREAT spectrometer. Systematics of level energies built on 9/2- and 10+ states for N=85 isotones with Z=64-75.

RADIOACTIVITY ¹⁵⁵Hf(β⁺)[from ¹⁵⁹W α decay]; measured E(α), half-life from time differences between the α decays of ¹⁵⁹W and those of ¹⁵⁵Lu. ^155,156Lu, ¹⁵⁷Hf, ^157,158Ta, ^159,160W, ¹⁶¹Re(α); measured Eα. ¹⁵⁵Hf; discussed J, π of the ground state.
