First observation of the decay of a 15- seniority ν=4 isomer in 128Sn

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(136Xe, X), E=750 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, half-lives by γγ(t). 128,129,130Sn; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2), B(E3) strengths. Systematics of B(E2) strengths for transitions in A=124-130 Sn nuclei from 7-, 15-, 23/2+ and 27/2- isomers. Comparison with state-of-the-art shell model calculations.
