Development of collective structures over noncollective excitations in 139Nd

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 96Zr(48Ca, 5n), E=195 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ)(DCO) using Euroball array. 139Nd; deduced levels, J, π, bands, dipole bands, multipolarity, high-spin configuration. Comparison with cranked-Nilsson-Strutinsky (CNS) calculations.
