NUCLEAR REACTIONS 12C, 50Ti(124Sn, 124Sn'), (126Sn, 126Sn')(128Sn, 128Sn'), E=3 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, particle-γ coin, γγ-coin. 124,126,128Sn; deduced E2 matrix elements for first 2+ states, B(E2) values, static quadrupole moments. Coulomb excitation in inverse kinematics. Comparison with previous studies, and with shell-model calculations. Systematics of first 2+ excitation energies, B(E2) and quadrupole moments for A=106-134 even-A Sn nuclei.
