High-spin states and level structure in ⁸⁴Rb

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁷⁰Zn(¹⁸O, 3np), E=75 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DCO. ⁸⁴Rb; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarities, bands, configurations, kinematic moments of inertia. Total Routhian surface calculations. Comparison with projected shell-model calculations, and with structures of ^80,82Rb.
