Band crossing in a shears band of ¹⁰⁸Cd

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁰⁰Mo(¹³C, 5n)¹⁰⁸Cd, E=65 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, half-lives by DSAM. ¹⁰⁸Cd; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity, shears band, band crossing, B(M1), B(E2), shears angle. Comparison with systematics of B(M1) values in ¹¹⁰Cd.
