Structure of ^{60, 62}Fe and the onset of νg_9/2 occupancy

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²³⁸U(⁶⁴Ni, X), E=430 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ), prompt and delayed γ spectra using Gammasphere array. ^60,62Fe; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity, yrast levels. Comparison with shell model calculations. Level systematics of ^{54,56,58,60,62,64}Fe nuclei.

RADIOACTIVITY ^60,62Mn(β^-)[from ²³⁸U(⁶⁴Ni, X), E=430 MEV]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ) using Gammasphere array. ^60,62Fe; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity.
