Candidates for the one-phonon mixed-symmetry state in ¹³⁰Xe

RADIOACTIVITY ¹³⁰Cs(EC), (β⁺)[from ¹²⁶Te(⁷Li, 3n), E=30 MeV]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ), mixing ratios. ¹³⁰Xe; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity. Comparison with shell-model and interacting-boson model-2 calculations.
