NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹³⁰Te(³⁷Cl, 4n), E=170 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁶³Tm deduced high-spin levels, J, π, triaxial superdeformed bands, B(M1)/B(E2). Gammasphere array, potential energy surface calculations.
