NUCLEAR REACTIONS 54Fe(28Si, n2p), E=90 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DSA. 79Sr deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, T1/2, B(E2), B(M1), transition quadrupole moments, β2. Comparison with cranked mean-field and projected shell-model predictions.
