Mapping the periphery of deformation in the A ∼ 80 region: A study of ⁸³Nb

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁸Si(⁵⁸Ni, 2np)⁸³Nb, E=204, 215 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coinc. ⁸³Nb deduced levels, J, π, transition multipolarities, mixing ratios and transition quadrupole moments.
