NUCLEAR REACTIONS 121Sb(48Ca, 5n), E=215 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 164Lu deduced high-spin levels, J, π, triaxial superdeformed bands, octupole vibration. Gammasphere array.
