Low-spin signature inversion in the πh_9/2 (x) νi_13/2 oblate band of ¹⁹⁰Tl

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁰Gd(³⁵Cl, 5n), E=167, 175 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁹⁰Tl deduced levels, J, π, configurations, rotational band, signature inversion. Total Routhian surface calculations.
