NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²⁴Sn(¹¹B, 4n), E=57 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹³¹Cs deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations B(M1)/B(E2). Total Routhian surface and tilted axis cranking model calculations.
