Observation of the πh_11/2 (X) νi_13/2 band in odd-odd ¹⁷⁰Re

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴²Nd(³²S, 3np), E=155, 166 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (X-ray)γ-coin. ¹⁷⁰Re deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations. Level systematics in neighboring nuclides discussed.
