Investigation of dipole excitations in ¹⁴²Ce using resonant photon scattering

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴²Ce(γ, γ'), E=4.1 MeV bremsstrahlung; measured Eγ, Iγ. ¹⁴²Ce deduced levels, J, dipole strength distribution. Nuclear resonance fluorescence, comparison with model predictions.
