Coulomb excitation and structure of the rotational bands in 231Pa
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 231Pa(32S, 32S'), E=148 MeV; 231Pa(58Ni, 58Ni'), E=255, 260, 261 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (particle)γ-coin following Coulomb excitation. 231Pa deduced levels, J, π, rotational band configurations, transition matrix elements, octupole correlations. Nordball array, quasiparticle-plus-phonon model calculations.
