Anomalous Coulomb matrix elements in the f_7/2 shell

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ³²S(²⁴Mg, n2p), (²⁴Mg, 2np), E=95 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ⁵³Co, ⁵³Fe deduced levels, J, π, Coulomb energy differences. Comparison with large-scale shell model calculations. Gammasphere array.
