NUCLEAR REACTIONS 76Ge(35Cl, 4nα), E=135 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 103Ag deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, B(M1)/B(E2), tilted axis rotation. Comparison with model predictions, neighboring isotopes.
