Shape coexistence at high spin in the N = Z + 2 nucleus ⁷⁰Se

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁴⁰Ca(⁴⁰Ca, 2p2α), E=185 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ⁷⁰Se deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, shape coexistence features. Euroball III array. Cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky calculations.
