Evidence for a 1g9/2 rotational band in 51Mn

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 28Si(32S, p2α), E=130 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (charged particle)γ-, (neutron)γ-coin. 51Mn deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations. Gammasphere and Microball arrays. Cranked mean-field calculations.
