Magnetic Dipole Bands in ¹⁹⁸Bi

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁸⁴W(¹⁹F, 5n), E=107 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ(θ), γγ-coin. ¹⁹⁸Bi deduced high-spin levels, γ multipolarities, B(M1)/B(E2), band characteristics, moment of inertia and configuration.
