NUCLEAR REACTIONS 124Sn(18O, 5n), E=78 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 137Ce deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, collective oblate band. Particle-rotor model calculations, comparisons with neighboring nuclides.
