NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²⁸Te(¹⁹F, 4n), E=75-95 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁴³Pm deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations. Comparison with weak-coupling model predictions.
