Yrast Structures in the Neutron-Deficient ₅₉¹²⁷Pr₆₈ and ₆₁¹³¹Pm₇₀ Nuclei

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁹⁶Ru(³⁵Cl, 2n2p), E=164 MeV; ⁹⁶Ru(⁴⁰Ca, pα), (³⁹K, 2n2p), E ≈ 180 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (charged particle)γ-coin. ¹²⁷Pr, ¹³¹Pm deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations. Cranked shell model analysis, neighboring isotopes compared.
