Yrast Bands and Signature Inversion in Doubly Odd ^162,164Lu

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹³⁹La(²⁸Si, 5n), E=160 MeV; ¹³⁹La(³⁰Si, 5n), E=157 MeV; ¹³⁹La(²⁹Si, 4n), E=145 MeV; measured γγ-, γ(X-ray)-coin. ^162,164Lu deduced high-spin levels, J, π, band structure, configuration.
