Systematische Untersuchung exotischer Zerfallskanale der Scherenmode in Gadoliniumisotopen

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ^152,154Gd(γ, γ'), E<4.5 MeV; ¹⁵⁶Gd(polarized γ, γ'), E=3.12 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ), integrated σ using S-DALINAC facility at Darmstadt, and HiγS at TUNL. ^152,154,156Gd; deduced levels, J, π, branching ratios, B(M1), B(E1), summed B(M1) strength, scissors mode excitations. Comparison with IBA-2 model calculations.

RADIOACTIVITY ¹⁵²Tb(EC)[from decay of ¹⁵²Dy formed in ¹⁴³Nd(¹²C, 3n)]; ^154mTb(EC)[from ¹⁵⁴Gd(p, n)]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ), branching ratios. ¹⁵⁴Sm(2β^-); deduced nuclear matrix elements for 0νββ decay to excited 0+ state of ¹⁵⁴Gd.
