NUCLEAR REACTIONS, ICPND ¹⁸²W(¹⁹F, 6n), E=85-135 MeV; ¹⁶⁹Tm(³⁰Si, 4n), E=142 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(t), γ(t), I(ce), relative γ yields. ¹⁹⁵Bi deduced levels, J, π, δ, ICC. Enriched targets, Ge(Li), Si(Li) detectors, mini-orange magnetic spectrometer. Shell model comparison.
