VMS executables are no longer included with PREPRO2012. Based on a survey
of known PREPRO users, we couldn't find any VMS users, so we judged that it is no 
longer worthwhile providing executables. 

But if you are a VMS user you can start from the UNIX package for PREPRO2012
and create your own executables. Once you have downloaded the UNIX package it
should merely be a matter of you runniung the vms.com file to create all of the executables.

If you are a VMS user and you produce VMS executables PLEASE let us know and
we will try to include your executables as a future update to PREPRO2012.
